If for any reason you can't make it to our premises you can order safely on-line or over phone with most cards (not American Express) For large items/packages we charge a flat rate of just £6.99 per order for next working day UK mainland delivery no matter how many items you order. Saturday Delivery available at a cost of £25. You would have to call us to pay the extra delivery charge for a Saturday, UK highlands or Island delivery. 

We use a very reputable courier company 'DPD' who if you provide us with a mobile number they will text you on the morning of the delivery to give you an hour time slot to which they'll be with you.

Please note: You must check over any item incase of damage within 24 hours of receiving it.

Further Warranty Information:

When purchasing an item from The Cabin Tackle Store LTD, please note your warranty will be void should the product failure due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance/care. Including if you have made significant alterations to the product, affecting its performance, modifications can damage you’re product and you should bare this in mind before making any modifications as it can void your warranty.

Certain products require maintenance for example, Batteries. Your batteries should be stored in a warm environment to ensure the cells do not die. Also they require a small amount of top-up charge every couple of months, please bare this in mind when storing your equipment throughout the winter months.

Furthermore, Baitboats all use different batteries, ranging from 6V to 12V systems. Should you purchase batteries elsewhere and connect them to your bait boat purchased from The Cabin Tackle Store LTD and they are the incorrect type, please note that this can cause irreparable damage to your bait boat and will void any warranty. Never transport your bait boat with the battery/s in side your boat, this can cause internal damage to the bait boat as they can move about in transport.

In summer months, black bait boats in particular can become very hot in direct sun- light, to care for the internal electrical components we would advise for battery lids to be lifted slightly to avoid unnecessary heat and condensation building internally with in the bait boat. Also, if you have a fish finder, you will protect the battery cells by removing one of the AA batteries breaking the power circuit from the unit, this is also beneficial if you are storing your fish finder as can stop the batteries from corroding, however if you are storing any item for a prolonged period of time we would advise to remove all the batteries.

Most bait boat manufacturers offer a 12-month warranty, please check the paperwork enclosed when you purchase your bait boat and ensure you send any warranty forms off to the individual manufacture. Your bait boat will be guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase if brand new. The guarantee covers any defects arising from faulty material or workmanship, it does not cover damage arising from improper use, or normal wear and tear of the boat or associated equipment. Water damage. The guarantee is invalidated if unauthorised persons undertake repairs or modifications. The Cabin Tackle Store LTD cannot assist with disputes with manufacturers.

If we or the boats main suppliers find rust on your boats electronics due to lack of care when being stored this may also void warranty. 

The Cabin Tackle Store Ltd can carry out repairs outside of warranty on Anatec Bait Boats, Spyder Bait Boats and Waverunner Bait Boats, workmanship and parts will be covered by 12-24 months warranty.

Should spare parts be purchased from The Cabin Tackle Store Ltd and fitted yourself, no warranty can be offered with the part/s or what its connected to, you should ensure you are competent and capable of carrying out repairs as failure to fit components correctly can cause further damage to your bait boat and we cannot be held responsible for this. The spare’s we sell are all tested and 100% working before dispatched from our store.

Returns

We offer a 5 day return policy if you change you mind. However, the item has to be brand new still in the box and not tried or tested on water. If you have purchased a Bivvy from our sister site www.bivvies.com the bivvy must not have been set up and must be in new condition. You will also have to pay the return postage cost of the item/s.

If a new product turns out to be faulty, our selves or the main manufacturer of your product will arrange collection, repair or replace and send back to you free of charge for the first 12 months. 

For used bait boats / fish finders / we usually offer a six month warrnty but could be longer on that particular item. .
